Anthony Wong has over sixteen years experience as a personal trainer, having worked as a private trainer. Anthony specializes in both in home and in studio training, personal and group training, core training, nutrition, weight loss and weight management.
Additionally, Anthony is an expert in design and application of fitness programs for seniors, individuals who have been injured and cleared by a physician after recovery to resume a fitness training regimen, and athletes or fitness enthusiasts seeking to increase their performance in their selected sports and fitness activities.
